I did not receive the report before my own walk-thru or closing, although the inspection was completed the day prior. I spoke with Dave and he gave me a general no issues found, when taking my payment, but has since been unresponsive and has not delivered the inspection, even weeks later, after multiple requests. I really hate to leave a poor review, but I am now out X amount of money and no product, so.

Very knowledgeable! It's our first time purchasing a manufactured home with well water and he made suggestions on what inspections to get. So glad he did because insurance wanted everything we got. We also got a water testing which was great because it came back with issues we were able to address it quickly.
