All home buyer inspections include: - A complete home inspection - Wind and 4-Points Insurance forms - One detached structure (shed or garage) - A basic water analysis and visual inspection of the above ground well components (for properties with private wells) - And a complimentary re-inspection of seller repaired items noted on our inspection report or we join you on the final walk-through for a review of the reported items!
