We are a State Certified Mechanical Contractor located in Gainesville Florida. We specialize in sales, service and replacement of all residential and commercial air conditioning and heating equipment as well as all commercial refrigeration. We also offer duct cleaning, gas piping and preventative maintenance programs. Our phones are answered 24 hour a day.

"Bob & his team were recommended by McFall Builders and I can see why. They were very professional in removing the old units and installing the new ones. In fact the first floor unit was removed from the garage floor (It took up so much space my car would not fit in the garage) and installed over the entry door. They use wide filters which was important to control the dust as we renovated our home. They are available if a problem crops up and prompt to handle it. We appreciate them and are happy to recommend them."

Every employee has been background checked and drug tested. We have six employees and they are all certified. We charge a $75 service fee which is included in all pricing .

Our 12 year old hot water tank died, phoned Hefner's and they had two technicians, Dallas and Jordan, at our home in under 3 hours. Both were dressed in clean uniforms. They were very knowledgeable, providing thorough explanations at the end of the installation. When calling them, the office customer service became dishonest and evasive saying things like "the code changes all the time" and "we're a licensed company so we don't need permits." Now they are asking us to pay again to pull the permit and fix the code violation. Apparently the customer service cannot reach their boss/owner even after a week."

They called within the hour to let me know that the rotors needed to be replace(which I suspected needed replacing) They also suggested I should get 2 new front tires. They gave me several options of what would be best for the van and I made the decisions and they promptly got the work done in a timely manner. I have also used them for service on my truck which also went very well."
