Jim was nice and professional in every respect! He was ALWAYS very timely! He was ALWAYS very careful moving the machines in and out of the house....both the old and new machines. He took great care not to ding our house too. His work was neat and clean....quick too. He was ALWAYS quick to respond when I contacted him. We felt secure that he knew what he was doing. We would wholeheartedly recommend him for his services!

He was really nice. He had me buy my grill elsewhere and then he came in and assembled it and hooked it up. He said that Weber was the best product but he didn't sell Weber. He told me if I bought one and had it delivered he would come to my house and hook it up. He was very helpful about what kind of grill I should get. I was struggling to find someone to put in a gas grill for me and he was certified to do all the gas work. The price wasn't very much. It was a minor job for him but it was helpful for me. I had such a better experience with him than I did with another store.
