Very well. 2 trips. First to identify what was broken (cartridge) and second to install. On top of what they were doing and I couldn't be more please.

he wanted about $375 to replace the innards on the toilet (!!) and said it was their preferred practice to replace the entire toilet so they could guarantee their work (!!!) and that was only something over $400. the leak was found by going through the wall (possibly necessary but he made such a dire prognostication (bad mold problem, altho he wasn't allowed to say 'mold' only to suggest it might be so, but that he thought that was the worst problem)) that i called the insurance company. they said it was under $1000 to repair and minimal mold, the leak was not longstanding. replace some wet carpet underlayment and spray 'mold control' to discourage further growth after the area dries out. quite a relief after having been made to feel as if i was looking at having walls torn out. i don't remember the exact quote on the plumbing but it was more than the toilets. charged $120+ for sleepless nights until the insurance guy could set my mind at ease. and he confirmed my feeling about the toilet tank, why replace the toilet, replace the interior works, twenty minutes work.

They're excellent. I assume they still are excellent too. They did a really good job. They are very professional and very quick. One of the drains were really clogged, and they fixed it real quick and efficiently. They were very responsive, and I had priced several contractors on the last job they did for me, and they were the best price. Very responsive. They showed up on time. They did the work, and was pretty cleaned about it, and they were very good. The workers were excellent. They were fine, cleaned, intelligent, and hard working.

They were excellent. I assume that they still are. It was a great price. I would give them A's on everything because they did a really good job, very professional, very clean and very quick. One of the drains was a real problem but the fixed it real quickly and real efficiently. They were very responsive. I had priced several contractors on the last job and they were the best price. They showed up on time. They did the work. They were very clean. The worker were excellent, clean, intelligent and hard working.

The repipe took a total of three days (4 scheduled) and the end result exceeded our expectations. From start to finish, their team was punctual, courteous, communicated daily of their progress, and kept their work area(s) clean. I will hire them for any and all plumbing needs.

The experience was fantastic. I've used them for 25 years, I think it is. I keep going back to them because I like to deal with the same people, I know who they are and the work they've done, and they don't rip me off. It took an hour for them to complete the work, and the workers were fantastic. What they did exceptionally well with that job is they were so quick to get there. They were there before me.

It took them 4 visits and 2 plumbers to fix a leaking toilet. They also over-charge. Watch out for the extra $10.50 "miscellaneous fee" for cleaning up, even when the job takes less than 5 minutes and there is no mess.

I believe their behavior was pretty unprofessional

Awful. Two young guys came to the house (about 30-40 minutes after the office said they would be here) and spent about 1 1/4 hours. I was surprised it took so little time and wanted to see the work order and make sure they'd not left something out. When I asked to see the work order one of them became very upset. He stood over me (I am a 5' 2" 70 year old woman) yelling at me in a loud and belligerent tone, as though I were stupid, and waved a telephone in my face, on which there was a document, presumably the contract or the work order. He would not hold it still so I could read it. he just waved it and yelled at me. I felt physically threatened and feared he would hit me. I told them to leave and I would deal with the company office about the bill. About that time my thirty-something son walked in the kitchen door from work and was alarmed at what he saw. He told them to stay in the kitchen while he and I talked in my office and called their office and tried to figure out what this was about. Instead, the guy followed us into my office, continuing to talk loudly and abusively and refusing to leave. My son ordered them out of the house, using language I have heard him use only on the streets of Shanghai when a street thug said something awful to us in Chinese. When I said I would call the police, they left, but they sat outside my back door in their truck for some time. My son ordered them off the property and they got into it verbally. They drove down to the cul de sac and returned, staying parked on the street by the driveway. Eventually they left. In the meantime, I was in my office on the phone with a lady in K and S's office. She was very professional and we agreed we would get this worked out. At all times I assured them I would pay my bill when I knew the work had been done. The next morning I found a voice message on my cell from a young man named Cory, who I think is in the next generation of the company management. In a patronizing and sarcastic voice he threatened to take me to small claims court and mocked me for being a lawyer. [I am not a licensed attorney and do not practice law but I do have a law degree and am a professor of business law and ethics at the UF business school.] I did not return the call, but instead communicated by email with the company office. We agreed that Cory would come to my house and sort it all out. After a few days Cory did so. He would not come into the house or sit down or accept the coffee or water or refreshments I offered. I sat on the front porch and he stood on the front walk. I handed him his check first thing, to get that off the table. Then I asked whether he thought that was a fair price for a couple of hours work. He responded, "Well, you agreed to pay it." I thought, "Well, that sort of explains everything." He denied what the estimator had told me, as though I were making it all up. He also tried to convince me that he was just in the middle and this was between me and the plumbers. I assured him that this was between his company and a good customer who had been happy with the company in the past and now is not. I pointed out that he bears an incredible level of responsibility for sending employees into people's homes. That did not appear to bother him. He assured me that never in the history of the company had anyone complained about any of their plumbers. I then cited two friends who'd told me horror stories about their plumbers and definitely had complained. He blamed that on my friends. saying he was the person they'd complained about. I told him had a serious management problem. We parted with no harsh words or raised voices. He offered no apology then and no one has offered an apology since. And no acknowledgement that what happened happened. But my daughter in law witnessed the whole episode and my son part of it. And I documented it contemporaneously by email to the company so that they were aware of the situation. I am disgusted with the experience. The visceral fear I felt has not dissipated in four months. I do not know why these angry young men somehow thought it appropriate to physically threaten an older woman in her home or why this young manager would be seemingly oblivious that there was a problem. I am aware that this is a family owned business with an excellent reputation built over many years by an older generation and it is just a shame to realize I would never let these people in my home again. But that is what happened. Maybe this will be a wake up call to the company. Maybe it was save someone else an awful experience. And I've gotten it off my chest.

Had them put in a water heater in 2006. No concerns until today. We had a gas leak (not from water heater as far as the fire department and GRU could tell) . But, after examining the water heater, the FD had to red tag it. Apparently, it was installed without a vent hood. Very sloppy and scary.

They had a competitive bid, arrived on time, and stayed within the budget. Personnel were professional and friendly.

Their advise in writing is as follow,: "we recommend to camera the line to determind what is in the line causing the blockages. If done within one week there will be no service charge. You will only be charge for the labor and camera fee. Blockage will happen again unless the issue is taken care of.
Service charge $ 20.00 late fee per month.
This company charges in labor : $579.00 it was at night.
We have been doing business with them for a least 10 years. Not anymore.
Do not do business their prices are so out control. Stay away at less you want to pay a lot of money.
