Cris Crawford Clydes Tire and Brake SVC

Called the shop to come in and have them check out our van which had a bad shake when breaking. Arrived at the shop and was promptly checked in. They called within the hour to let me know that the rotors needed to be replace(which I suspected needed replacing) They also suggested I should get 2 new front tires. They gave me several options of what would be best for the van and I made the decisions and they promptly got the work done in a timely manner. I have also used them for service on my truck which also went very well.

They always do first class. They are responsive. When I take my truck over there, they get to it quickly. Always ready when they say it will be.

It took about 6 to 8 hours for them to go through and check it out. They reset everything and found nothing wrong. We have 3 vehicle here and all of the go there for oil changes, tires and any else that needs to be done.

I have a 2007 Toyota Tundra w/approximately 80K miles. I had been taking it to Toyota dealership for routine maintenance, and on the most recent service they stated that the water pump was dying and that it would be $800 to replace. I drive by Chris Crawfords everyday, so I stopped in there in way home to get a second estimate. I also called Pho Phats on Newberry road, but they were still around $700. The folks at Chris Crawfords - especially Chris himself - were very honest and straightforward , and gave me a fair quote that was about 300 less than Toyota. I decided to go with them and everything they said they would do was done Ina timely manner; in fact they finished earlier then promised. From now on I'll be taking my truck to them for routine service and for anything else that (hopefully wont happen) comes up with the truck,

They didn't need an appointment time, they just asked that I call ahead to make sure they could get to me quickly (to not waste my time). I had no wait, they took my car immediately and the whole process only took maybe 30 minutes. The final cost was actually a few dollars cheaper than quoted. Everything went exactly as planned and they didn't try to upsell anything. That's exactly what I want in a company.

Diagnosed the problem and job was done that morning.
