Hefner Plumbing Company provided us with wonderful, professional service. Our 12 year old hot water tank died, phoned Hefner's and they had two technicians, Dallas and Jordan, at our home in under 3 hours. Both were dressed in clean uniforms. They were very knowledgeable, providing thorough explanations at the end of the installation. Having lived in many cities throughout the US, and a small business owner ourselves, they are one of the most professional companies we have had the pleasure to work with. Joy in the office, was also so very helpful!!

We replaced all of the sinks in our home, which required new drains and hook ups (including air vent and disposer in kitchen). I was not able to get everything connected properly (everything was leaking). It was Friday AM and I was facing the challenge of a weekend without working sinks. I called Hefner Plumbing. They were able to re-route a plumber from one job to my home within 2 hours. They were courteous and efficient. The sinks were all connected properly and the weekend was saved. Only negative is they have fixed rate pricing. As I had multiple sinks, it got a bit pricey. Still, the work was done well and quickly.

THIS COMPANY AND EMPLOYEES ARE WONDERFUL!! This company was recommended by another plumbing company after they could not locate/service the leak. I had an active water leak in my kitchen supply line super low in the wall by the slab. Plumber Dallas was able to locate and repair and performed an excellent job! He explained the situation, gave options while explaining everything thoroughly, was very courteous and cleaned up everything when finished. Definitely recommend this company! Price was also reasonable based on the work performed.

The plumber, Cody, arrived on time and was very polite. He had to dig a lot of dirt to find the well pipe that was leaking. He replaced the fitting which had been damaged by a root. Unfortunately, the ground was muddy and he was unable to replace the dirt back into the well hole.

I used Hefner Plumbing a couple of weeks ago in February of 2017.  The quality of this plumber was way better than the last one I got.  Any category that you say, I'm going to say the guy really took the time to explain to me what he was doing, why he was doing it.  He gave me estimates on future stuff that he already knew needed to be done.  I know he wasn't making it up.  I'm in an old house, my father was a contractor, it's not like I'm completely clueless.  So the stuff the stuff that he told me was actually completely legitimate.  There's one area of concern that I was already concerned about and he pointed out that was legitimate.  It wasn't a low estimate but I understood how he planned to do it.  If I can afford to do his way that's what I want.  Overall with his quality, he's definitely the best, no question.  I grew up in construction, my whole family is in construction.  He's the best.  The cost was $175.  For this one particular thing he fixed, he was fine.

Here is the interesting thing about my contact with Hefner Plumbing....it was all done long-distance. Work on our home in Florida was contracted and completed while I was in Pittsburgh, PA.  A discussion with the water company about an unusually high bill led us to suspect a leak underneath the home. I had several discussions with the owner, Tim, concerning possible problems and solutions. Good news, though, a thorough inspection found no leak. We went ahead and authorized several other plumbing jobs after discussing the situation with the technician who was handling our home inspection. When we went to our home two months later, I was very pleased to see that all contracted jobs had been perfectly done and kitchen and baths were left spic and span by the workers. Very pleased with Hefner.

Had a leak in the front yard and thought it was a septic issue and they told us it was a water pipe leak. We called several plumbers but either they were not available or could not come out until late this afternoon. Hefner said they could come out right away...and they did. The plumber Colin was efficient and courteous and had the problem fixed within 30-45 minutes. He told us that he repaired the pipe but eventually we would probably have to have the entire pipe replace. If, and I am sure when that happens, we will be calling Hefner Plumbing to do the job.

Very polite and professional. Expensive according to some feedback from folks who are in the area year round, but I think I got good value for $ spent. Work includes extensive guarantee as long as the yearly maintenance is done.

I live in an older home, and over the last 10 years Hefner Plumbing has helped me navigate the best way to fix and update my plumbing needs. The problem was a big leak from the waste arm on adjacent bathrooms. The solution was to tear out one wall, resulting in a total remodel of a 53-year-old bathroom. The team worked quickly, from tear-out to rebuild, all the while having me make decisions in a timely manner and keeping costs to a budget. The project was completed in three weeks. They arrived on time and kept a very productive schedule. They always communicated to me the working timeframe for the day and the next day. I am very pleased with the result of my newly updated bathroom!

Andy was very quick and very professional. (Comment:) They are quite pricey but I have not tried a lot of other plumbers to know if they are all in the same ball-park.

They were here in a timely manner, they did more than what was expected for me without any additional charge, and just assisted me with whatever questions I had.

The people he hires are very good and pleasant. They are always polite to work with. I've had no problem with them and they treat me like they've known me forever!

Any other time I have had a plumbing problem, from a leaking toilet to leaking pipe, I have always called Hefner plumbing and not bothered to call anyone else. Each time, the men are professional, clean, prompt, and courteous. I love the shoe booties they wear inside my house! I think there pricing is fair and if something doesn't seem right, I know it will get fixed exactly the way I want.
I can't stand having to babysit when I am having work done at my house, and as a women, sometimes I feel like I don't get as much respect as I should. With Hefner plumbing, I never have to worry about anything and that is the way business should be done!

This project began on Saturday, May 12th with a phone call from my wife's parents who are both in their 80s that they had a water leak and the hallway was flooded with water. We shut off the water supply and bought bottled water for drinking and cooking to hold them over until the following Monday. Over the weekend we checked the Yellow Pages for local plumbers and after deciding on a couple to call, checked with Angie's List where we found a listing for Hefner Plumbing. On Monday, May 14th, we called Hefner Plumbing and one other outfit but Hefner Plumbing (Tim Hefner, the owner!) was able to come out that same day and locate and repair the leak. My in-law's house was built in 1973 and during the course of repairing the leak, it was determined that the original copper piping was in terrible shape and future leaks were more than likely if it wasn't replaced. Tim Hefner worked with the home-owners insurance adjuster and initiated an insurance claim and filed all the paperwork for re-imbursement for the work listed above and coordinated and obtained the services of a company to bring in equipment to dry out the water in the hallway and bathrooms. The following Monday, May 21st, a crew of two, Cody and Colin, arrived to begin the job of replacing the entire plumbing piping. I cannot say enough about these two gentlemen. Never have I encountered in previous experiences involving work being performed by paid personnel, tradesmen of such high quality both in workmanship and attitude. They were so considerate of the old folks by patiently explaing what they were doing and in cleaning up after themselves as they went from place to place in their home. They were kind and their workmanship was the best I've ever seen. Not only did they perform the work contracted as listed previously but also removed and re-installed a commode that had broken its mounting, re-located an outside hose bibb and repaired a broken sprinkler at no extra charge.From Tim, the owner, to Joy who works in the office, to the crew of Cody and Colin, if you need plumbing work done, you can't do better than Hefner Plumbing. They may not be the cheapest in town but they are the best, hands down! Should I ever require plumbing work in my own home in the future, you can be assured it will be Hefner Plumbing doing the work.

Very professional and timely. Area of issue was already dug out and identified. Work was performed only to discover there was another leak. Due to the way the initial repair was completed...to stop the second leak the first repair would have had to be completely taken apart and redone! Which meant...MORE TIME AND MORE MONEY!!!!! Couldn't believe it! Luckily enough he was able to correct/fix the leak without...believe me...at that point I would have taken a "small" leak over taking the whole thing apart and doing it again to fix the second leak! The price just kept working its way up and up...

Hindsight is 20/20...I wish the leak/pipe would have been more thoroughly checked to discover "both" leaks before the repair had been started.Would have saved a lot of time and $$

WHENEVER YOU HAVE SOMETHING ADDED TO YOUR HOME/HOUSE...IN MY CASE A WATER SOFTENER...WATCH EVERYTHING THEY DO! IF I HAD WATCHED THE INSTALLATION, AS THE DAMAGE WAS INCURRED AT TIME OF, I WOULDN'T HAVE HAD THIS ISSUE AT ALL...THE COMPANY THAT INSTALLED THE WATER SOFTENER DIDN'T TAKE ANY RESPONSIBILITY AT ALL..I CALLED THEM OUT ALMOST 15 TIMES IN A PERIOD OF 18 MONTHS DUE TO THE RISE IN WATER BILL AND VARIOUS ISSUES...

THEY WERE THE ONES THAT THAT INITIALLY CHANGED THE PIPE(S) TO BEGIN WITH!

I watched the plumber/repair person from beginning to end!

When we called back yesterday to confirm that we wished to use their services, we were given an appointment for today at 12:30 p.m. They called this morning to say that they could arrive earlier if it was convenient for us, which it was. The service reps were Andy and Kevin, and I cannot say enough good things about them. Very professional, neat in appearance , and cleaned up as they went along. And they knew their stuff! They removed the old water heater, and reconnected the new one in a short period of time and in a very professional manner. Their quality workmanship pleased us very much, especially my husband. Before they left, Andy commented on the good caliber of my kitchen faucet and in our conversation I told him the faucet leaked a little when I turned the handle a certain way. He went outside, came in with his tools and had it repaired in no time. At no charge. This has been a very satisfying experience from beginning to end. This is an essential item that we had to replace, and we feel we purchased an excellent water heater from an excellent plumbing company who have very competent, knowledgable employees who work for them. We would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a good plumbing company. As the saying goes - "you get what you pay for". In this instance, I feel that we got more than we paid for in the way of quality of merchandise, professionalism and courtesy. Thank you Hefner Plumbing Company!
