I called at 11 AM, the plumber did not show up until 4:30 PM. He was supposed to call when he was on his way, but did not. The people I spoke with at the office (Nicholas) were very friendly, but the plumber was not. Overall he completed the job, although it was a very basic and simple problem to fix.
