Brian was so helpful he understand my needs very well, I really appreciate his good job.

Brian seems honest, friendly, and competent, and fairly priced. He is punctual and comes to the customers home, which is very convenient. He told me that he could fix my device, and spent a long time on it. However, while the original problem was fixed, it was left with new issues. He told me **I am afraid that is the best I can do this time.** But his job was to fix it, not do the best he could. While he did refund his service charge, I ended up responsible for the cost of parts that he bought and for which I reimbursed him before I realized that the repair was not right. I ended up having to purchase a new device, the cost of which must be considered to include over $200 for parts for the old one! I was ignored for several months as I tried to reach him to discuss this. And when I finally did get a text response from him, he complained that he spent a lot of time with me and did not earn anything. Well, it was not repaired! I really regret feeling the need to write this, as Brian is basically a nice guy. I had hoped to work with him ongoing for any computer repair needs. By the way, I happen to know that he posts his own positive reviews, so I suggest viewing all these 5-star reviews in that light.
