"I hired a handyman for a day. Carlos arrived punctually and I went over the list of items I needed performed. I was not sure if everything could be completed but he set to work and did an amazing amount in just 8 hours. He repaired a broken kitchen drawer and broken cabinet. He reattached a wet bar that had come away from the wall. He affixed a vanity in the master bath that the original workers had not attached to the bathroom wall and then replaced the faucet fixtures. He removed and installed a new kitchen faucet set. He removed 4 overhead fans and replaced them with new fans I had purchased for 2 bedrooms, the living room and the patio. He also removed a very old unpleasant grass like rug on the patio and helped me to clean and remove old crusted dirt and detritus from the walls and hurricane shuuters and together we got the concrete floor in perfect condition for him to install a new outdoor grass rug as replacement. It looks like a brand new space. He worked hard and steadily and even took apart one of the fans when it would not cooperate initially. He took 1/2 lunch break and went right back to work. He did not charge anything extra on top of the deal I purchased. He was a good guy who knew what he was doing and worked very efficiently. At the end of the day he carried out all the old fans, hardware,boxes, and junk that had accumulated. And helped me cleanup. He was a very good communicator with a good grasp of the English language. I thoroughly enjoyed working with and highly recommend him."

The floor was very expensive and we were thinking of taking it out. JB was the first restoration company that did what he promised. First he recommended we get rid of the high shine and he has a special method of filling in all the holes. The floor looks incredible and was done over two weeks ago and still looks better than it has ever looked. He does what he promises. He and his work crew were polite and hardworking. Though it is never easy having your house taken over for a week, they made it as easy as possible. His recommendation to get rid of the high shine was right. He put the crystal type tiles on my wall in the kitchen for a backsplash. He repaired some electric outlets. Installed a new vanity with plumbing. He put a new sink on an old vanity base. Installed new outlet covers and a new smoke detector.There was a wall AC unit removed a long time ago. The repair to the wall was hideous. Dan grinded the mess and made the wall look like it should look. I had a couple of small things like blinds to be installed. Dan was there to stand behind his work. He never had a problem with coming back to resolve any issues. He was able to complete the job on my schedule. If I have anything in the future to be done Dan is DaMan I will call.
