Before the job, we met to discuss what needed to be done and the materials each of us would get. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process, and Kevin was always on time or early. "I had found Mixene and One Way Cleaning by looking them up on Angie's List.  They had positive reviews and appeared to have good pricing for their time.  I contacted him via Angie's List.  At first his responsiveness to Angie's List message was not very prompt and I followed up with a phone call later.  Once we had coordinated on price and day though everything went smoothly.  Mixene was flexible and though we had planned on the work being perfomed on one day when I suddenly had a conflict he was able to reschedule.  On the date of service Mixene arrived as arranged and immediately got to work cleaning bathrooms, kitchen, bedrooms, hallway, living room, and also did two mirrored walls, window, and the balcony glass panels.    He checked in with me throughout to confirm that I was satisfied and if there was anything else needed as he moved through the house.  He had all the needed equipment and cleaning supplies available.  I did provide him my ladder to more easily reach the tops of the windows.  Overall the job was well done and performed between two of them in under 4.5 hours.  I plan to have him come back in a few weeks and have this be a routine house cleaning performed by him.

"JB was a pleasure to work with. I have had the floor done many times to only be disappointed. There was a high shine on the floor that always showed dirt and it had many holes. The floor was very expensive and we were thinking of taking it out. JB was the first restoration company that did what he promised. First he recommended we get rid of the high shine and he has a special method of filling in all the holes. The floor looks incredible and was done over two weeks ago and still looks better than it has ever looked. He does what he promises. He and his work crew were polite and hardworking. Though it is never easy having your house taken over for a week, they made it as easy as possible. His recommendation to get rid of the high shine was right. I will call on him again to do the high traffic areas around the kitchen."
