Damon did an excellent job repairing / replacing faulty and incorrectly installed bath and shower faucets. He was pleasant, knowledgeable and kept us in the loop regarding what had to be corrected.

Dayman, a master plumber, was at my house within 2 hours of my phone call.  Approximately 4 hours later, he had repiped and replaced my 50 gallon leaky water tank.  He disposed of the old tank and left my garage spic and span.  I consider his price to be well within the norm, and I would most definitely recommend Leto Plumbing.

After searching Angie's List, I decided to contact Leto Plumbing based on their good reviews and their location. I called them at 7:30 Am, the time listed as their business opening and the phone was answered immediately by someone who took my information and said some one would call me back, Within a few minutes I got a call from one of the men who said they could come out that morning. The time did not work with my schedule but we were able to schedule for the next afternoon. 
The plumber arrived right on time after first calling to say he was in route. After looking at the problem, he explained to me what was happening and fixed it within the hour. 
I asked him about  replacing the kitchen faucet . He told me to buy a 3 or 4 hole faucet. And even quoted me an approximate price for the install. 
I am very pleased with the companies responsiveness and professionalism. And best of all their fair pricing! I will use them for all my plumbing from now on.

I called Leto Plumbing up and they advised me what to do over the phone. Then I realized it clogged up again, the second time he did come out and replaced the water heater. Came out the next day and had it completed in two hours.

We had leaking pipes under the concrete slab, with water coming up through the flooring. I called Leto Plumbing and Mr. Ronnie came out the same day before noon to assess the problem. We decided to re-plumb the house, rather than just trying to patch the leaks under the slab. Mr. Leto explained the process and let me know what to expect - it is an involved process. Before 5AM the following morning a crew of 6 plumbers arrived and immediately went to work. They were all professional, knowledgable, polite, and cleaned as they worked. They were finished before 4PM the same day. We were very pleased with the work and would highly recommend Leto to anyone needing plumbing repairs.

The plumbers got right to work and snaked out the plumbing for me and got my drains working.

They had to replace part of the drain in the sink because it was leaking. They also worked on the

slow drain that I had in the kitchen sink. Within a short period of time, the house was totally flushed

and working like a charm. Thank you Leto Plumbing...You guys are awesome.

They have tried to fix it a couple times but the problem keeps occurring, so I am looking for someone else to finally fix for the last time.

He was reasonable, honest and prompt. I would definitely reccomend him.

We called Leto Plumbing and they came out the very next day and examined the system. They disconnected the unit from the house system and called right after they finished to explain everything to us. Gary suggested they disconnect now and then come back in November when we return to Florida, to figure out whether we will have him fix the leak or take the unit away, depending upon what it will cost to fix.



We will definitely call Leto when we return.

It went great. These guys are very good, sometimes so good that they're so busy it's hard to get on the schedule for new work.
Ronnie, the owner, was easy to work with, handled everything over the phone. He sent out a plumber from his crew that did great work. Performed the work faster than I expected. He let me have a chance to inspect it before he left. We saw one bolt that needed to be tightened to stop a leak. He fixed it and then hauled our old toilet away. Everything was clean after he left. The price was very reasonable and included the price of the toilet, and you can tell these guys are knowledgeable and honest. They were there to do the job well, efficiently, and not there to sell you services you don't need, nor did they try to give you more expensive fixtures than you need. We have had other plumbers try to and quot;up chargeand quot; or and quot;selland quot; us on unnecessary services. We would definitely call Leto Plumbing if we ever have plumbing issues come up again.

Overall they were efficient and thorough and completed the job in a timely manner.

My plumber arrived right on time and cleaned out of the drain. I had called for the service and
they came exactly when I had asked them to. I was completely satisfied with the prompt service, the cleanliness of the work,
completion of the job and the friendliness of the plumber....what a great job.
I will continue to use Leto Plumbing because they have always done a great job for me.

We've been using them for 20 years. They are there when we need them. They're not overly expensive. Only on rare occasions when they are really swamped is there a delay. I never have any complaints about them.

I called Lito’s Friday morning, and even though I didn’t ask for same day service, he kindly said he would appear in the afternoon. He kept his promise and arrived around 5 p.m., but he didn’t have the right part because, he said, he expected to see a three-quarter inch line, a perfectly natural assumption.
He then came back on Tuesday morning around 9:30, as promised (Monday was Memorial Day), and completed the work in about an hour. The results look neat to me, and I am pleased with the way he rerouted the pipes.
My one concern is price. First, I thought $112.50 for about an hour’s work was a bit high. Second, he also charged a service call. The other service technicians I have used delete the service call when the visit results in work being done. Third, $83.90 seemed a bit steep for the parts that I priced at Home Depot for less than half that amount. Granted the parts he used may be professional grade, but, still, I’m not sure they should cost more than double.
Lessons learned. Next time, I’ll ask for an estimate, and I’ll inquire about a service charge before agreeing to have the work done. I’d also like to see a breakdown of the parts, giving a price for each one.
Recommendation to Lito. Discuss price with the customer or give an estimate (without being asked) before you being so that the customer has an idea of what to expect.
In spite these concerns, though, I’d not hesitate to employ Lito’s again. The next time, however, I’d make sure we discuss price before the work begins.
