"Started off Great! They called everyday to follow up on progress. After receiving 80% of money, Calls stopped, Actually they avoided calls for weeks not knowing what was going on. Lot's of promises and not finished 4 months later. We own a Small 670 sq ft home. They promised it would be complete in 3 -4 weeks. They threw away household items, and have left 22+ items unfinished. 4 months later still not finished. Would never recommend."

"I feel blessed to have found Ron Schnaufer to build my home. I had a 1971 Rutenberg home that I owned for 24 years and it needed a ton of renovations. After consulting with Ron, we decided financially and structurally, the best thing to do was to knock it down and start all over. I spoke with several other builders, however, after checking Ron's references, I decided to go with Westshore Homes and could not be more pleased. I needed someone I could trust because I lived 300 miles away and would not be there very often to oversee the progress. I was fortunate to have neighbors that kept me informed, along with Ron that I spoke with at least once a week. My neighbors said he was there almost every day making sure things kept moving with the contractors. When something wasn't done right, he had them redo it. He treated my home like it was his own, and it was done in less than a year, on budget with high-end finishes and quality work.
