"Ms. [Member Name Removed] I wanted to respond to your review as I do not feel that our not being able to get to your work in the time frame that you needed to have it done warrants such a review. When you and I originally spoke in May you had sold your home up north were speaking to several moving companies and trying to coordinate the move to Florida as well as the closing on your newly constructed condo. We had looked at some tentative dates for the work to be done in July and I mentioned that I needed to go over the work that you wanted done with Ryan as well as our schedule and we would also have to go the main office of the condo to see if the project mgr was there to let us in, which you were going to let them know Ryan or myself would be stopping by. After speaking to Ryan I called you back to let you know that he did not feel that we would be able to guarantee being able to do the work for you in the time frame that you and I had tentatively set up some dates due to the job that is scheduled prior to the time frame you were looking at was going to require more time to complete and we did not want to tell you that he could be there and then not be able to complete your work as we do not do business that way. I also mentioned that our next available opening, at that time, was in August. I also left you the name and phone number of the painter that we use, which I had given you his name and company name during our initial conversation, so that you could call him directly since we were not going to be able to help with the other work that you needed done due to the time frame that you needed it done. We also did not want you to order your materials and have them shipped to our offices again since we were not able to complete your work in the time frame you needed it done. I never heard back from you and when I spoke to our painter he had said that he did not hear from you. I wish you the best in your new condo and best of luck to your daughter at her new school as I mentioned during our conversation I am sure she will do well there. Regards, Sharon Klemm"

"[Member Name Removed] I am a little confused on your post as when you and I met I measured the kitchen, interior doors as well as the sliders and the pool door and we decided since that was done there was no reason for Ryan to waste your time to come out and measure. We discussed obtaining pricing for the cabinets and all the doors and putting an estimate together for you which is what we are doing. I know you had 2 other companies that came out to give estimates and were waiting to meet with the contractor who worked on your condo however based on your mentioning the cost in your post i assume you have made a decision of using another contractor.
