Rob and his partner were knowledgeable, professional, and a pleasure to deal with. They arrived on time, brought the replacement part with them and covered the work area with plastic to minimize spread of dirt. After spending 3 hours installing a new water heater, they realized it was defective, and made arrangements with HomeDepot to replace it, even though it was getting late. They brought a new heater and made sure my family had hot water at the end of the long day. I'm grateful for their diligence and persistence. Highly recommend.

Had a leak in our bathroom from inside the wall and Rob was able to come immediately to take a look. When we were ready to start the work Rob was able to accommodate our schedule and start work right away. Completed the job painlessly and timely. Everything was as he said before he started work.
