"Installed new impact windows and garage service store. Restock owed house where tree roots had damaged many areas. Removed existing screen closer around pool and re-installed View screen engineered with much less Structural up rights drastically increasing the riverfront views. Extended pool deck and re-tiled pool deck area reconfigured serving bar on back patio with new granite tops and sink removing leaking exhaust vents, they repainted The exterior of my entire house. luxury Home Solutions didn’t excellent job they completed the project on time per budget and we are very pleased with the finished product! "Our work with Le birch development & construction was exceptional. We had a kitchen from the late 1970 including soffits, antiquated press board cabinets and insufficient lighting. We wanted to create a more open space and increase the storage at the same time. It was hard to imagine what such a large change could look like but the team worked with us to visualize the new space, consider options for coordinating cabinets, counter, flooring and more.
