"They did a great job in getting here 3 times, very quickly each time, upon my contacting them. I initially used their $39.00 annual tune up deal offered thru Angie's List. David was very nice and informative. He identified the 2 possible problems that could have caused the unit to not perform. He sat the unit up with a new digital display unit after eliminating the internal motor's mal-functioning. The unit ran OK for a few days before I noticed that the water was collecting in the salt container. They sent a tech here quickly to find out what was wrong. The tech reworked the pipes in order to find out what exactly wasn't working properly. On the third call, David knew exactly what the 2nd culprit was and fixed it quickly. It was a blockage in the piping inside the salt container caused by a copper piping that had been used by the installer of the unit at the new address. This copper piping should have never been used by the installer. The installer was someone my realtor had recommended who wasn't licensed and both the realtor and the installer had lied to me and now they are being pursued by law enforcement. The fact that Ecowater and David are able to get here and rectify the problems quickly has allowed me to fix the water filteration system quickly and be able to include their reports in my evidence against the unlicensed plumber who posed as a licensed plumber and caused my damage to various areas of the house I bought from the realtor. I would recommend Ecowater Systems to everyone. They are quick and reliable and fair.

"A phone call to Mr. Martin elicited a positive response as to availability. He arrived just after he called us. He was on time. He was pleasant and efficient, careful not to make a mess(it was a messy job)but kept everything clean. He took apart the U-joint under the sink, removed rather solid materials that accumulated; then put it back together. He advised us of what we should and shouldn't put through the garbage disposal. He gave us a bill; we paid him and he went on his way. Total time in the house was 20 minutes. I'm completely satisfied. I will definitely call Mr. Martin again."

Unfortunately, he had to wait for some parts and was delayed an hour. Once here, Mr. Brown was efficient, and after listening to me describe the problem, got to work diagnosing the problem. Functioning easily in a very tight space behind our refrigerator (Mr. Brown is not a small man), he quickly eliminated the dreaded compressor possibility and climbed out from behind. Next he checked the temperature control board, where he found the problem. Luckily, he had the part in his truck, which he installed and the fridge has been working great ever since. We would definitely call him again and have already recommended him to our neighbors.

"Joe and his crew (2 others) were timely, thorough, and respectful of their work environment. Prior to the job, Joe offered insight as we ordered the countertops and what to expect. Through the whole process of ordering and waiting for the countertops to arrive, Joe maintained contact and was a great communicator. They brought blankets for the floor to minimize their tracks and debris. Countertops/backsplash removal and installation were completed in ~4 hours. They gladly took the old countertop, wooden A frame from delivery, and sink so we did not have to worry about disposal. After the job was complete, he did a complete walk through and ensured customer satisfaction was of utmost importance. I trust him and his team's professionalism and appreciate their attention to detail. I will definitely consider them for future kitchen/bath jobs."

The contractor we had originally hired had flaked and being 6 months pregnant, I had no time to waste. Gene showed up that evening and we walked through the scope of the project.
