"I called Don because my disposal and dishwasher stopped working. He did some terrific troubleshooting and got the dishwasher back into service. He found the trouble to be with the breaker switch but also that the disposer had shorted out (I'll call for warrantied service). While here, he cleaned out the disposal (yuck) and the kitchen sink drain, as well. Also, at my request, he figured out how to fix the outlet so that those two 3-prong plugs will now fit without being jammed together. Smart guy! Unfortunately, he had to wait for some parts and was delayed an hour. Once here, Mr. Brown was efficient, and after listening to me describe the problem, got to work diagnosing the problem. He also notified us that the water heater, faucet, and garbage disposal were leaky so that we could have those replaced to avoid further mold issues. "First time hiring Kitchen and Bath Specialties and working with Joe Laverdiere. He also came over initially to quote a price and then returned to look over the template, which needed adjustment and a new template created. He wanted to ensure that the countertop would be the correct length. He is very knowledge and scheduled our installation for late this week and completed the installation today. He did run into an issue (not of his doing) and was able to handle it. He communicated very clearly to us what we needed to know. We will hire him to install the tiling as well. I highly recommend him."

"I cannot say enough great things about Your Way. I called Gene one day after frantically searching for a contractor to renovate our kitchen. The contractor we had originally hired had flaked and being 6 months pregnant, I had no time to waste. Gene showed up that evening and we walked through the scope of the project. He showed me pictures of similar local work he and his team had done. He said he’d have a quote to me the next day. In my experience with contractors, that NEVER happens. During the project I would wake up each day with a text or an email from Gene letting me know what time his crew would arrive. His crew was never on time, they were always EARLY! With other contractors my husband and I always had to guess where they were and if they were gonna finish the job. Ryan and Richard showed up each day, were polite, skilled and tidy. Each day when they finished, the swept, vacuumed and cleaned up all garbage. Our kitchen is absolutely beautiful and my husband I couldn’t be happier.
