Upset with the experience I?ve had with this company unfortunately. Repair to my sliding door track was done following Ian. I spoke with Hannah who was working with the condominium association on repairs and she said they would be able to assist with the track repair as well. I never received a quote from Hannah on what the cost of the work would be prior to them going into do the work ( I live out of town) Now two years later I have received a bill for $1800.00 for the track work which Hannah apparently tried to bill the condominium association who sent me the bill. This is not good business and I think I?m being overly charged. I will say that the company did good work and that they are very courteous but now they are not responding to my phone calls regarding my concerns

Heather was prompt in getting my appointment set and accommodating when I had to move things around. They finished repairs in one day and I had a waterproof door once more!

The technician I had was very thorough and courteous. When he was all finished he showed me the bad parts. He also showed me how easy the door works now. Very pleased with the outcome.

They were very responsive during the entire process. My initial request was answered quickly. They came to look at my doors the next day. Their quote was delivered the following day. The work was scheduled on my first available day. Two people came and arrived on time. The work was completed when they said it would be. The workers wore coverings on their shoes and cleaned up after they finished. They also washed each of the doors. Hanna Valdovinos, the office manager, was in constant contact to make sure everything went without a hitch. My project was to replace the rollers on 4 of my 7 sliding patio doors as well as 2 handles and 4 locks. My doors are 2 sets of 2 doors and 1 set of 3 doors. We are very happy with the results, the speed, and the price.

My home was flooded by hurricane Ian. This is the best day I have had since rebuild started. I had 5 sliding doors to remove and put new ones in. They went above and beyond. They did 4 doors today and will come back tomorrow to do the last one. They came early today, got to work, had all the quipment needed, filled in where they had to chip away to get the old doors out. I am amazed at the job they did. I wish I could hire them to do everything! I can't say enough good things. Thank you Cyclone!

A little bit more money than other contractors but probably worth it

Very good . I will definitely use them again. New how to fix the problem and did it very fast. Very nice young man to work with.
