My first ever time hiring a contractor. My first time demolishing a home. And I STRUCK GOLD! - Thank you Glen! I have been so impressed with Glen's utmost professionalism and the way he guides me and follows me along this stressful process made me feel so at ease. I told him I wanted to demo my property in LESS THAN 30 DAYS and HE DELIVERED! I was so nervous at first when interviewing different contractor and honestly... I was told incorrect things from other contractors that was going to cost me THOUSANDS more than what Glen was charging me because they were not being honest, tacked on fees, knew that I was inexperienced in this process. But this company did not take advantage of my lack of knowledge. If you're looking for a knowledgable person who is honest and upright... gives you constant updates, and gets the job done properly..... you found him. I typically do not write reviews, much less lengthy reviews, but Glen deserves it.... if you are choosing between Glen and someone else... go with Glen. This is your sign!

Greenwood demo'd my inground pool. They demo'd the pool, removed all the debris and filled in with clean dirt and leveled the old pool area. I was just really impressed with the organization of Glen and his crew from start to finish. They did an excellent job!

The owner did personal contact. He kept me informed of what was needed in order to complete the job. He took care of getting the permits which is what took the most time. Once he received the permits the entire job was completed in a couple of days.

I chose Greenwood and Son based on the concern I had for demolishing a two-story house within feet of my home. I was impressed by the knowledge Mr Greenwood showed for the situation and became confident Greenwood and Son were the right ones for the job. It was the right decision. The permitting process delayed the project longer than expected. Updates during that delay would have been helpful. But work began the very day the permit was issued and was completed expertly and professionally in two days. Greenwood and Son is the company you want.

Glen was great to work with. He came out to bid a tear down of an old house in Fruitland Park promptly and got back to us within a day on a quote. He started and completed the job in the time frame expected. He was very pleasant to work with and really cares about the reputation of his business and happiness of his customers. He pulled the necessary permits and kept us updated throughout the job. We will definitely use him again and would recommend him to our friends!
