I would like to give Kuddos to Aaron who has been very professional and helpful with maintaining our new pool. He is knowledgeable and quick to answer questions that we may have. He listens to our concerns and provides info and resolutions to any problems we have!! I would definetly give him a high reference for this service!

We are just going to start the pool service! Aaron seems knowledgable and gave us a positive fibe for wanting to help us with upkeep of our new pool!! We are hopeful this will be a successful business relationship.

lI have never written a bad review because I believe in the good in people but I have no choice but to let others know and hopefully keep someone from making the same mistake. I found Aaron through Angie's list and hired him because he was the first to respond. In the beginning he showed up every week and did a great job. As time went on his visits became more sporadic and I understood that some of it was because of the rain. At the end of August my neighbor came to use the pool and said whoever was servicing my pool deserved a raise because it was "crystal clear". I agreed and had planned to give Aaron that raise on the next invoice. Now it is 26 Sep and his last visit was 26 Aug. After he didn't show the first week I assumed he was behind because of all the rain. After the second week and better weather I texted asking if he was going to skip another week. By the end of the 3rd week and still a no show I began to worry about him. Did he and his phone fall in the pool? Was he in an accident and in the hospital? I even checked the obituaries. After repeated phone calls, texts, and emails he has yet to respond. This blatant lack of communication will be his downfall as I am not the only one this has happened to according to Facebook and Google reviews. He needs to learn how to better treat the customer or he will fail miserably. The contract he signed is a worthless piece of paper. It states that "Crystal Clear Pools & Spa will provide pool service 4 times a month (Once a week) at the customer's address." "Customer agrees to pay a monthly pool service fee in advance." I paid the invoice on 21 Aug. My next step will be to dispute the credit card charge for lack of service. There is no way I can recommend this business and would give it a zero if that was a choice.

We hired Aaron a couple months ago along with a neighbor and we pay him a monthly fee of $200 to come by weekly. He has not come the last two weeks and when we reached out to him, he stated he could not make it do to his kids high school graduation. Our contract stated he would be by weekly on Thursdays, yet only onetime did he ever make it on Thursday. I can live with that but to not show for the past two weeks and tell me you are coming by to service the pool ASAP and then 6 days later we still have heard nothing from him. I have texted and emailed but I have heard nothing. I recommend staying away from this company as he has just cut us off and failed to even provide a refund for the weeks, he did not provide service. Our neighbor emailed and texted and he never even responded to them. Anyone considering his service should reconsider or at least only pay him weekly when he actually comes to complete the service as when he did show there were no issues with the work.

Using a flying analogy, many pool services conduct their business as though they were doing a "touch and go" landing. They barely get their wheels on the ground, then take off for the next destination. Aaron is far different. He treats our pool like it is his own and gives it the focused, custom care that it needs. In a few short weeks, he had it sparkling. We are very happy we found Aaron and both he and his wife are personable and a joy to talk to when they visit.
