"We wanted to remodel our newly purchased condo but didn't think we'd be able to afford all the projects we had in mind because of the limitations of our budget. A couple of local contractors in Gulf Shores had estimated a minimum cost of $40,000. We contacted Help-Around-the-House based on favorable Angie's List reviews and found that they more than live up to their great reputation. Dan Parks and his team worked closely with us from start to finish, not only helping us to stay within our budget but also coming up with ideas that were better than what we originally had in mind. All of the work was of high quality, yet it was done amazing fast. We couldn't be more satisfied with the final result. "They were great. We are fixing up an OLD house to sell and there was noting square, nothing a standard size, yet they made it look like new. They were there when they said they would be or sent a text well in advance. They cleaned up all their mess, and did several little repairs we found after we had signed the contract. Bottom-line, I would never look for anyone else now that I have found them!

"Ramos Builders Group did an outstanding job on our garage. They were prompt, courteous, and very skilled. They completed the job a day earlier that projected and even corrected poor quality work from the original home builder. They also bundled up all the garbage and hauled it away with no extra charge. Very happy with their work."

"The deck came out great. It was priced fairly and completed at the time that the owner stated. I ended up hiring him back to fix an area of trim that was leaking into the house. Both of these got the ultimate test in Hurricane Sally and both held together nicely. I could not recommend more."

"Pancho and his crew have been excellent in every way. They have done our yard maintenance for several years and have been very reliable. They helped us clean up after Hurricane Sally in 2020 and replaced our wood privacy fence. Totally professional job! They even rebuilt the pump house for our irrigation pump.
