"The contracted to roof house and garage with CertainTeed Landmark shingles and stainless steel nails but instead used GAF Timberline shingles and Chinese made Electroplated Galvanized Nails. Played bait and switch with the contract with three different versions of the contract, only one of which I agreed to. They left deep ruts in my lawn and small pieces of roofing and nails fell into my attic and garage and were left in the yard. My wife got a nail in her shoe but fortunately she wasn't injured. No communications with anyone except the Notary who is also the office manager. When I insisted on a discount for their failure to supply the proper materials they put a lien on my property without so much as discussing the issues. I filed a complaint with the BBB and they got me a little satisfaction but I am still stuck with what they installed."
