Wescon Construction did an excellent job on my roof. From initial contact to completion it was an excellent experience. They came out and explained in detail about what the repairs would require and exactly how they would proceed. Outstanding company who not only takes great pride in their work but also truly cares about the customer, very professional. They did a great job and I recommend them to anyone needing a roof replacement or repair.

I first became acquainted with Wescon several years ago as I watched their work crew reroof my neighbor’s house. I was impressed and took a picture of their sign for future reference. What recently sold me on Wescon was their salesperson and his approach to assessing my roof. He was the consummate professional. I recently became aware of two leaks on my roof and reached out to four roofing companies including Wescon. I received three quotes and was somewhat pleased with the info received that is until I met the Wescon salesperson. His approach was different from the competition. First he wanted to inspect the roof from the attic which required that he climb and then crawl to the affected areas. As he spent a significant amount of time in the attic I feel comfortable that he was thorough. He found an additional leak (I didn't know I had) and structural damage due to the prolonged time that the roof leaks existed. He spent more time examining the roof from the outside and was able to clearly articulate the condition of my roof through pictures and verbal descriptions of what he saw. He spent more time examining the roof than any of the competition and given the dollar size of the expenditure it was greatly appreciated. I was impressed with the proposal he provided including the pictures. It was laid out well and walked me through the work to be done and associated costs. I shared his proposal with two acquaintances a respected architect and retired "luxury" home builder and they both commented on the professionalism of the proposal and the detail included. The decision to reroof a house is significant due to the size of the expenditure and the fact that I was not going to get on the roof myself. The Wescon salesperson’s approach and his ability to communicate the issues provided me with the assurance I needed. My pleasure with this decision carried through to the end of the project. The roofers were hard workers and were respectful of my property. A great deal of attention was paid to the details!!!

Wescon Construction provided exceptional service. They were on time and reliable. Each of the crew members cleaned up after themselves and conducted themselves with the utmost professionalism. They were excellent and very professional. I met with a gentleman first who described the entire process and gave me a quote, explained everything in detail which was awesome. Best of all everything that was promised as timing goes and the entire process was 100%. We are very happy with Wescon. We would hire them again and would refer them to our friend and family.

At first they were very professional. Did job and left gutters and would never follow up and come fix despite promises. damaged, damaged solar panels they now leak and do not respond to fix. Roof leaks. Been out three times to fix. Sry difficult to get response and hours late for every appointment. Do not use them.
