"Chris King was Great, I had a New Home build where I had materials shipped in and the house was Built on site close to the beach. Neil Hurst and team was on site and my house was Built BEAUTIFUL!! It was such great craftsmanship and quality of work. I feel like I had an elite team that did not disappoint. My house also weathered a Cat 3 hurricane Mid build and nothing was damaged. I plan to build again and I will be working with these guys again. They made my beach house dream come true."

"I didn't get the roof design I asked for and approved in the contract. Instead the subcontractor wanted to do it another way. Moses the General Contractor said he would send a drawing for my approval. I never received the emailed drawings and when I called to ask him about it, he said they had already framed it and started putting the metal on. I told him to stop work and drove 350 miles to see. Also,during the construction there was heavy rain and they didn't put a tarp over it. Water ran behind the metal and puckered up the plywood ceiling in the screen porch. They had cobbled up the soffit on the new roofline and it had to all be taken off and matched to the original roofline. The project was estimated to be a two week project that he could start immediately. They started the project late June and I paid them $17,000 on September 15 on an approximately 1600 sq. foot house. That said, there was miscommunication and non-communication during the project, but our communication was cordial and non-confrontational. As long as it is functional and with some cosmetic revisions, I can live with the design."

"Kessler Construction renovated our master bathroom and did an amazing job. The quality was beyond what we expected. The entire Kessler team were great to work with, and very professional. There were several trades involved in the overall renovation and Kessler Construction made sure the work was coordinated so that there were no delays and kept the work flowing so that it was completed in the timeframe initially given to us. Kessler Construction was able to work with us on staying within our budget and providing us with suggestions and options. We will definitely be contacting Kessler Construction for future remodel projects."

"Approximately 5 years ago Art Construction of NW FL LLc reroofed our house and claimed it was done properly, it was not what they did according to roof inspector is lay down tack and shingles over rotten wood passing it off as redone which is a lie!!!! "This job was done in February 2017. I just discovered I never finished writing the review. So here it is 3 years later. First, doing this review now lets me tell you that our new metal roof made it through Hurricane Michael with flying colors. We had other storm damage ($25,000 worth) but the roof did fine. The job was done on schedule though interrupted by two afternoon heavy rain events. First class installation by a team that showed up on-time each morning, worked hard and got along well together. They were proud of their work and and cleaned up the site when done even using a magnetic sweeper to lift any roofing nails that might have fallen. The roof we chose was white which made our house really stand out over the gray siding and white trim. Moreover, our HVAC bills were lowered (I track it). Last, I want to tell you that Guyson are more than just roofers after your money. They are fine local people. Recently, my 94 year-old neighbor climbed on his roof to do some repairs. He fell off the roof onto a concrete pad and spent 5 days in intensive care. 20-some staples in his head, boot on his left leg and badly bruised ribs but super lucky to be alive. Needless to say, he's not going to get on the roof anytime soon. I get "the cat claws" when I'm on a pitched roof. So I called Guyson and when they heard the story they came out and looked at the job. Although they are swamped and this is a small job they're gonna do finish the repair anyway. God love 'em. BTW, my neighbor's fall is how I found out I never finished this review I started in 2017."
