"In a few weeks, the tree service team arrived. We conducted another yard walkdown for clarification, but I must say that Tree Worx seems to have closed all gaps between their sales and production efforts – the guys knew the job. The service team, Slaton, Esteban, and the two Johns were efficient, professional, and organized. They conducted all work in short order as promised and demonstrated great concern for our house and the rest of the yard. Clean-up was excellent and one would hardly know they were there at all except for our pretty, newly trimmed trees and the great street appearance of the house and yard. "Awful. Scheduled time of arrival 8:30 to 9:30 am on Saturday 11/2 however arrived at 11:30 am. Which I had to be out of my old condo no later than 1 pm and was told to Lux given their strict rules. It took the 2 guys until 1:23 pm to load everything. Little did I know at that time the 2 guys were up for more than 24 hours. Performed a job until 4 am and did not go to bed. Therefore I did not get 100% performance. I was given an estimate of 3-4 hours to move. Ended up taking over 8 hours. I do not fault the guys but I do fault the moving company. Tried to hand me a bill for over $1200 and that was simply not right. I had to negotiate to a sum of $945 but give up my rights to damaged property in return for the cut rate. If I had 2 laborers at 100% I can see where it would have only taken 3-4 hours. But I was not given that choice or option. I felt as if I was talked down to with not understanding moving. I am an Accountant and hold an advance degree such as an MBA with Accounting, Finance, HR and Logistics are my specialty. This move left a bitter taste and Lux should be subject to review."

"They inspected the job on Tuesday and gave me a very fair estimate. I sent them a 20% deposit and they started work on Wednesday. When they completed the job, they sent me “before” and “after” pictures to show me the work they completed. They expertly completed all the work in a very timely manner. They cleaned up the site as if they never were there. I absolutely will use them again in a few years when I need tree and gutter repair work again. I would highly recommend their service."

"Paid a premium for full replacement value AND air conditioned, long term storage, since we had expensive furniture and original pieces of artwork. One art piece that was varnished with a lacquered finish arrived with the white portions turned completely yellow. Claim rejected because the company claimed they couldn't control the weather. The items were on a truck for 16 miles from my original house to their storage facility, and 9 miles from their storage facility to house two. A/C storage was part of the services I paid, which they tried to deny. I sent them the copy of the my signed contract, which included air conditioned storage, and their tune changed to, "the report also states that the epoxy can turn yellow over time." We've had the painting for over 5 years with no change in color or appearance. They acknowledged the damage was caused by change in temperature and humidity, and also admitted our items were never placed in A/C storage. Dishonest and Update as of 2/7/2023 Update to a previous review. Moving company rectified the situation with the claim to our satisfaction."

"The work was of good quality. Tracy Roberts and Jordan Albright were courteous and easy to work with. The work started immediately, on Feb. 26, and the rest was done by agreement between pre-scheduled jobs. Due to rainy days and Tracy being short-handed, there were some communication problems. The work was completed on March 22nd or 23rd."
