TJ and his crew did a perfect job, on our new shed. Gave us the room we needed, for moving storage out of our house. Giant difference owning you own shed and renting a storage shed.

Great company and crew. Tool time sheds and buildings are built on site so my 20x24 would have never been able to have been dragged into my back yard. The floor is built like a full house and very strong.

It went extremely well. The team that came out to build the canopies were extremely diligent and worked very hard to give that professional accuracy and feeling of complete integration to the house. The guys were clearly proud of the products and worked diligently to customize them. The end result was better than I thought possible and we were delighted to see how it integrated with the house and in fact the kitchen extension was so great we are considering extending that to cover the whole back of the house.

The shed is great, the men were very profesional and on time. Also lost screen porch on the side of my house. The two men that that put the porch on again were here when they said they would be, so refreshing. Had everything they needed and put up a wonderful screen porch. I will call them again and would recomend them to my friends

Tool Time has done exceptional work at my home over the years, both prior to Hurricane Michael and after. The built my 24X32 detached garage, my 12X20 storage building and then replaced my Car Port after the storm. Tool Time was amazing from start to finish. They stayed patient and adaptable while my HOA developed shed rules as I was the first to want to install one. Justin stuck with me redesigning several times as we worked with HOA and my sloped yard to get a suitable building plan. The entire process was over 8 months but they were always responsive to my inquiries and adapted to HOA rules. Afar the build they cleaned area and adjusted door for perfect fit. The shed is awesome but the best part of this was having a team of professionals with exceptional quality control working with me to get this done. Absolutely wholeheartedly recommend Tool Time for your project.

Husband and I stopped in to check prices at Tool Time for a pole barn for our RV. Was pleased with the quoted price and made a down payment. Nick called us 4 weeks later to let us know they were ready to start. We were told originally that it would be about 6 weeks. A crew of 3 arrived on time (Kevin, Brandon, Danny). Worked straight through (took 1/2 hr lunch) and completed the job in a total of 6 hrs. My husband was outside with them the whole time and they let him know every step of the process. They answered any questions he had. There were no short cuts or sloppy work. It is hard to find people that take pride in their work and do a good job. My husband is very difficult to please when it comes to hiring someone to do work. Will not hesitate to use them again for other projects.

Pole barn construction was professional, workers and quality were great. We are very happy with the building. A sub-contractor was employed by ToolTime for the driveway. Concrete was not as described and poorly installed. James (owner) worked diligently to resolve the issue with both the concrete company and the sub-contractor. While it took a little time, the situation has been resolved to our satisfaction.

Kieth was fantastic and was very professional with his explanations and estimates. The work crews were professional and Kevin was very responsive to all of my concerns. I had several design changes after construction started. They worked these in and didn't miss a beat. The concrete crew was on the ball. They showed up when they said they would and foundation came out very nice. There were a few scheduling and workmanship issues that were quickly resolved and the overall project came out great.

I have no complaints not one. Like I said, I wish I could show my before and after photos. A picture says a thousand words. Also my shed was 7,000.00 but the other projects were separate from the other work, but worth every penny spent.

Tool time built a 38'x40' pole barn. Picked up my windows and doors from Lowe's and did a good job.  Had some issues over scheduling and each being there on time, but other than that they are good to work with. Garage door came damaged from vendor, so be there when doors are opened and installed.  Keith was good to work with as a salesman and was there quite often to make sure things were going well.

They were really great workers. They did what they said they were going to do, and if they had problem about showing up, they would call.

After calling Tool Time is Panama City to request an estimate, Keith showed up within an hour. He examined my home and made recommendations for a custom built carport. He was very polite and and very helpful in designing the carport. Within 3 hours he called me back with a quote. I accepted and materials were ordered. Computerized plans were produced that showed exactly what my house would look like after the carport was installed. So far I was very impressed with how James and his company operated. On the scheduled build day we had very heavy rains. I received a call from the owner James at 730 am updating me of the 1 day delay. Very professional.
Build day - Johnathan and Bo arrive early with all the materials, equipment and tools to do the build. The explained exactly what they were going to do and asked if I had any questions. They were very polite and really knew their business, 100% professional. My carport was being supported by six 6 x 6 pressure treated posts that required cutting holes in my concrete drive way. All of the posts were set and cemented in. They required overnight to set. The next day Johnathan and Bo were back at 730 am. They set up a transit and shot all of the poles to insure the carport was level. Squares and levels were used constantly to insure the carport was built level and square. On the 2 sides that were attached to my house sealant was used along with flashings to insure that there were no leaks. Guttering was also installed to remove rainwater. I was more than impressed with their work. The job was cleaned up completely. I am very pleased with the carport. I have an old house and it was a challenge to get this right but James and his company completed this job professionally and quickly with quality materials at a great price. All of his employees were polite and very skilled in their trades. I used Tool Time because of several recommendations and I was not disappointed. I would not hesitate to use Tool Time again.

This is the third item they have built for me. They did it right on time and right when they told me they were going to do it. They cleaned up and it was a very professional job. He works with me on price because I am a repeat customer so I give them credit for that.
