"Not only does the roof look gorgeous it's efficient and quiet! It reduced our electric bill along with being cooler, it much quieter. We went with the insulated metal roofing system, which we would recommend, it takes a bit longer and it's more costly but worth the time and money. "This was a lot more messy than expected even though they covered walls and floors with plastic tarps. The actual foam injection was the messy part since I didn't have enough space between concrete and drywall. The excess foam left marks on the walls. The wall repair is costing another big amount of money that wasn't originally budgeted. Biggest disappointment is the sound proofing value just isn't there. At best it muffled the noises from neighbors by about 10%. In my book not worth the effort and expense - I expected better."
