On the scheduled day, the crew arrived early and went right to work. They did an excellent job. The only thing that seemed to be a bit perplexing was my request for a 4" rise on the stair tread rather than a "standard" 8" rise, but the crew figured it out and provided excellent results.

Ancient City Construction is a family organization and it appears they all work smoothly together-----it benefits their clients. Our house built in the mid 80s required major correction to the original stucco and windows. While we were not expecting the cost to run as high as it did, the finished product is satisfactory (and approved by our city's building department.) You can save money by doing it yourself or acting as the general contractor but you may not have the experience or knowledge they have and may not know all of your options or be able to higher the best sub contractors on a timely basis like Ancient City Construction. it's worth the extra cost to know it's done right and on schedule. Ancient City Construction and we communicated well and there was always a quick response to a text or telephone call. When they said they were coming they did and always kept us informed of the schedule. W highly recommend Ancient City Construction and would hire them again.

I was very pleased with Ancient City Constructions pricing and services. They repaired water leak in my tub and fixed my drywall ceiling and also fixed problems with a toilet. They were very professional and came to my home at a prompt manner. I would highly recommend them for anyone that has home repairs and renovations that they may need done to there home.
