Received an email of the appt and time within minutes of the end of the telephone call. Service gentleman called within 30 min of arrival for the estimate. Although I had sticker shock, I purchased a natural gas water heater. Our salesman said "we will install today in a little while" and within an hour he was back and installed a brand new system with valves and all within about hr and half. I wanted areas torn up by pool construction re-soded, irrigation repaired, rock barrier installed around pool enclosure, and the entire front yard flower bed areas cleaned up and made over. This was the only company that responded quickly, AND, surveyed the job properly. They were the only ones to assess and note that the grounds on the construction side of the house and back side of the pool were too low. Yes, this made the job more expensive, but it was needed to get the job done correctly the first time. Without that additional fill, the pool addition would not have passed irrigation inspections by the city. The owners are a family, and have run this business for 30 years. Their commitment is unprecedented. They took care of the fill, sod, rocks, and trimming trees and hauling off debris BEFORE Hurricane Dorian arrived near Central Florida (staying on a schedule agreed upon before the storm). They were great communicators throughout the project. There was just something about these folks that clicked for me when they came out to survey before the estimate that gave me a good feeling of trust. I may have been able to obtain estimates, but other companies were slow to respond and didn't seem as interested in offering advice and commenting on things that should be addressed (like the fill dirt). I was more interested in getting the job done right the first time, and getting best value (not lowest cost). I got that."
