"We had Mitchell (from Sunshine Carpet Cleaning) come by 2 days before Christmas & had him clean the carpets & 2 pieces of furniture. I had a few issues, however - considering it was the holidays, I didn't review or contact them right away. I tried the bottle of Spot Cleaner he gave me, but that didn't help with the High Traffic Areas... So, on the 29th I emailed them and when I heard back, they had put us on the schedule right away and today Mitchell came back out and recleaned those problem areas. The place looks Much Better. So glad I found them, contacted them, & had them clean our carpets & furniture! Mitchell was On Time & Very Friendly! And even though I had him come back out and redo some of his work, he took it like a champ! He was Very Professional & Apologetic! We will be using Sunshine Carpet Cleaning again in the future! We also Highly Recommend them! One last thing... Before I leave a review, I always touch base with the company again, if there was an issue - to see how they respond, rather than giving a bad review. This company made good on its work and that is one of the many reasons they get a 5-Star Review!! Excellent Work! Excellent Customer Service! Excellent Leadership! Excellent Prices! Excellent Smell as well... These people are more than just Friendly, they have Excellent Experience in the carpet cleaning business! "Initially we hired Laurie to do a deep cleaning of our 1200 square-foot condo. When she gave us her hourly rate, at first I thought that it was high (especially comparatively to what I was paying in my full-time home). I am so HAPPY that we decided to have Laurie come in, because she is fast and thorough and worth very every single penny. She just didn’t even stop to come up for air! We decided to continue to have her come every other week and the second time she came, she priced out the job based on that. I came home to a house that was clean, smelled clean and felt clean. She told me the two times she came that she would arrive at around 10 o’clock, and both times she came promptly at 10. I felt totally comfortable leaving her in charge while I was gone. My husband (the fastidious one) and I BOTH are thrilled to have found Laurie and look forward to continuing our relationship with her. She comes with her own supply cart, does her thing and leaves.... Sort of like Mary Poppins without the drama! I highly recommend L’Oreal cleaning without reservation."
