Prompt, thorough and honest. I used them for my rental property and they worked magic on what were very dirty carpets. For another job they advised me to consider replacing carpet and gave great advice. I really appreciated their transparency. Very pleasant people.

Chris came early which was awesome and did all he said he would accomplish. The spots we had issues with did come clean and we were thankful for good quality work and the citrus smell is awesome.

I hired this company for carpet cleaning and also two area rugs in December 2019. I was impressed with customer service received by Casey and she was very responsive and very thorough explaining the process. Chris was the tech that did the cleaning and he was on time and very curtious and great at his job. He even gave me extra carpet cleaning solution bottle for free. I would definitely recommend this company to everyone.

Did an excellent job of cleaning the carpets and we asked him to take a look at the motorhome carpet. He actually stayed and did the RV at the same time. Very polite young man!! Since we recently moved here, I used Home Advisor to help me find someone to clean my sectional sofa. Stu Smith, the owner, called me the next business day to discuss my needs and give me a quote. I told him I wanted to talk to the other company recommended before deciding who I would hire. Needless to say I was not impressed by the competitor so I made an appointment with Stu. He showed up on time, he evaluated the condition of my sofa, and brought in the cleaning supplies he needed. We had a great conversation while he removed the stains and made my couch smell like citrus. He gave me a bottle of CitruSolution and told me how to keep my upholstery clean. I thank him for his advice and his offer to recommend other businesses as we are new to the area. I also thank him for his support of veterans and the discount he gave us for my husband's service in the United States Marine Corps!
