"The service arrived on time and accomplished all desired cleaning needs in a short time. Additional services to supplement the primary service were offered but no pressure was used. We chose grout sealant, which was promptly applied at a reasonable cost. Employees were professional and courteous, and they cleaned up behind themselves before leaving."

"Showed up late with no call until I called them after an hour late and still was another 45 minutes later then the time they gave me when I called. Dumped out a machine filter into my curb area grass. The deal was 4 areas for $59. I had two areas only but added a front hallway circular 7 carpet and they charged me double to $129. HUH?!? The main area carpet wasnt very bad at all and the high traffic areas look the same as if they were never cleaned. I took over 24 hours for the carpet to dry even with fans on so they left the carpets VERY wet."
