Could not have been more pleased with our entire experience. They responded immediately to my inquiry. They were able to get to our job within a couple of days. Due to using incorrect cleaning products our tiles had turned from a light terra cotta red to a very dark brown. They did a fantastic job cleaning and sealing our tile floors and restored them to new. They also did a wonderful job cleaning one of our area carpets. They were also extremely reasonably priced. Would highly recommend them.

I needed same day service, and fortunately for me, they were available to show up and clean my carpets within a couple hours. He was able to get rid of a tough stain, and was done in a timely manner. If I ever need my carpets done again, I'll be sure to contact them first.

Linky’s came to clean our tile floor. The team arrived when they said they would, gave me a quote and got right to work. The result was 1900 sq feet of beautifully clean tile and grout. In addition they were able to clean my hearth which is made of porous tile and removed the pet stains from the surface as well. They completed the job efficiently in a couple of hours. I am thrilled with the results. I highly recommend them!

Linky's did a great job cleaning the tile floors throughout the home. The carpet is worn in places but overall the carpet came up very well. I appreciated that they were prompt, efficient and cleaned up after themselves. There were a few spots on the carpet and those all came out. Thank you for outstanding results.

They were very prompt and effecient. I had a lot of questions and they answered all my questions professionlly then they and offered to demonstrate their services on a small section of grout before they even got started to see if I wanted to continue with the service. They stated if I was not happy I didn't have to continue with the cleaning no problem. But I did hire them and it turned out great my grout and tile have not been cleaned in over a decade and the results were noticeable.

I hired them to clean the carpet in my small 12 x 14 room. My husband removed most of the furniture, and put the sofa and coffee table on sliders to make their job easy. The guy that did the carpet was in and out in 20 minutes or less leaving behind the urine stains from the cat, which us what I called them for, and what I discussed with them prior to hiring them, and they said it would be $85.00. When the guy showed up, the guy told me it would be $39.00 for each stain, so I told him NO I was not paying that and to just clean it. What a waste of money. I got the stains out after he left with baking soda and peroxide. Will never hire them again.

"We apologize for your experience. When we arrived we explained that most of the stains would not come out. This was mentioned during the original phone call as well as during the home visit. Our general steam-clean does not use any harsh chemicals for stain removal. Baking soda and peroxide would not "remove" the stain, rather it would only hide it. The $39 treatment is a more in depth spot treatment which is why that was offered. We are sorry we did not hear from you after this experience as we are always ready to remedy any situation and would have been happy to come out again and resolve this."
