Alicia is a pleasure to speak with when setting up the appointments, going out of her way to accommodate my schedule. Chris always arrived on time if not early and does an outstanding job. His attention to detail is very impressive and the results speak for themselves. My carpet and grout looks like new when it’s actually 15 years old! Like New Carpet CareThey did a great job getting all types of stains out and it looked great. I used to have harley bikers trudge everything into the house and the carpets were in horrible shape. Derrick contacted me on his own after the job was completed to see how it was and if there was anything he could do further! This truly never happens anymore. We had some pet stains we'd tried to get out ourselves and I wasn't sure they would ever would come of our light colored carpets, but by the time he was done our 15 year old carpets looked brand new! Asked to have floors washed.. not done. Maybe a wet swiffer. Mirrors all streaky. Floor in kitchen still has crumbs at the cupboard edge. White cupboards not washed down food spots on lower cabinets. Not impressed at all. The two women were very pleasant and arrived on time cleaning time was 3 hours and 10 minutes. Expected better as my home was picked up and uncluttered.. ready for them. Paid 175 plus a twenty dollar tip. This was prior to seeing completed job
