I have contacted the company at least twice and they have not reimbursed me for the ~$17 I spent on the valve. I sent them a copy of my receipt."

It looks like new. they also gave me a five year warranty, which no other companies offered. They were very courteous and accommodating. They keep a very clean work space and i did not have any cleanup when they were done. Very though . Love my new sink."
