On the final day of installation it was found that a required diverter valve was not among the supplied materials. I went to the local hardware store and bought one so that the subcontractor did not have go back to Florida (we are in Alabama) and return the next day with the required item. I have contacted the company at least twice and they have not reimbursed me for the ~$17 I spent on the valve. I sent them a copy of my receipt."

"I had a very old porceleon sink that I loved because it had a built in drain board. It was peeling and chipped everywhere. One day bath was able to sand it down and refinish it. It looks like new. they also gave me a five year warranty, which no other companies offered. They were very courteous and accommodating. They keep a very clean work space and i did not have any cleanup when they were done. Very though . Love my new sink."
