His knowledge of theory and trouble-shooting a A/C & Heating system is tops in my book. I to am a retired Chief Petty Officer Sonar Technician whom fully understands the training and hands on expertise on a Navy Ship entails. Chuck "is" my AC guy. You won't be dissappointed by making him yours."
