"Horrible experience. They did a bad job on the original install. I found a bunch of holes in my attic afterwards. I had to fight them to get it fixed. 8 patches on a brand new roof. Ridiculous. The repair team that showed up was unprepared and had to use my tools all day. Had to babysit these guys to make sure I got good work. Now, Phillip Martinez refuses to answer my calls when the situation still hasn’t been rectified. If you already bought a roof from this company I highly recommend getting in your attic and checking your decking. These people give new meaning to the word unethical."

"Be wary. We?re having a current issue with North Wood?s Roofing. We had a leak and ponding less than 24-hours after our new roof was installed. North Wood?s Roofing indicated that the problem was caused by something that the prior roofer did wrong. If true, we don?t understand why the problem was not identified at the tear off or construction process. Bottom-line is that without any coordination they are charging an additional $1568 for materials (no labor charges) and threatened to put a lien on the house two days after making us aware of the additional charges. Perhaps this is the way that they do business but seems suspect. Be wary."
