Also for a roof secondary water barrier and 2x solar powered attic vents.Since I live out of state and was not able to be present for the estimate, Tadlock sent me a link to a very helpful video clip of my roof pointing out the problems they found and showing me the options for replacement. In all we looked at six different companies and Tadlock not only had the best prices for our composite shingle roof job, but they also had the best durability and warranty and options available. We were able to get a 40-year shingle with 15 year warranty on labor for less than most places were offering for a 30-year shingle and only one year of warranty. Tadlock did a fast and professional job with a thorough cleanup afterwards. Now my house is staying dry and the cooling costs have gone down with the increased efficiency shingles and roof vents. Also, we are getting an insurance discount for a new roof, for wind mitigation, and for secondary water barrier protection. We would use Tadlock again in a heartbeat and wish we would have found them first."
