"They tried to keep my old PVC pipes installed. They installed the return upside down. They didn't wire correctly. 

I was told by another company I was sold a unit full of features I didn't need."

They worked with me to decide what to buy for our needs and what the cost would be. We were able to work out a reasonable price that fit my budget. My a/c stopped working due to a clogged condensation drain. The technician was at my home the very next morning, cleared the clog and got the a/c working within 20 minutes. I was so pleased with the professionalism, I asked if they had any kind of semi-annual service that I could sign up for. The technician said that they do offer that service, but I don't need it since my system is new and in good shape and that I would just be wasting my money. All I need for a few more years is an annual check up for just $75 per visit.

As a contrast, a previous a/c service came to my home to clear the drain just a few months before and he DID try to sell me their $200 semi-annual check-up service...even though I didn't really need it.

"For 7 years, I've had a/c problems. The drainage system would back up and shut off my system (by design). The a/c unit is on the 3rd floor of my townhouse, so if it didn't shut off, it would flood my living room on the 2nd floor! After several years of trying to figure out what the problem was, Westbrook spend several days and countless hours troubleshooting the issue. They finally were able to figure out that I had a double bend in the line that was preventing the excess water from draining out. They installed an automatic pump that senses when the water is backing up and flushes the hose. My a/c has now worked beautifully for more than a year! :)
