It took about 30-45 minutes to do the oil change.  They washed the car after the oil change.

Complete satisfaction as always.

They had to put in a new part for my headlight it cost 730. I thought they did a good job and were very pleasant place to go. Have a nice waiting room and comfortable.

It went beautifully!!  We have been going to them for over 30 years and they are the best.  They would not let the car out of the lot until it is to their satisfaction.  

I know that when they tell me that something needs to be done, it is for my best interest, and they would not steer me wrong.  They are very reasonable in their prices and will make sure that I am satisfied.

I remember when they did a transmission overhaul and they checked and rechecked it.  When I drove it a little bit, I still had problems. They took it back and immediately got a new part, and tested it, and it was perfect.  And NO additional charge!!! 

They back everything that they do with a guarantee.

I will not go to anyone else.

Also, with the 5,000 mile oil change, your check engine light will say, oil low, I just bring it to them and they add the oil for nothing, and right away.

I made an appointment the previous Friday for this service. The oil change was completed in less than an hour. No complaints. Much easier service than going to the Cadillac dealer.

We have been taking our cars to Scott and Mike for over eight years. We found them within the first year of buying a new 2005 Cadillac CTS and they have handled all of the service on that car, since then. Although, they are called Cadillac Specialists, they actually work on most everything and have performed all of the service on my 1995 Honda Accord, 1996 Honda Civic and 2012 Honda CRV. We live south of downtown Orlando and it's a 12 mile drive from my house to Cadillac Specialists and I pass a lot of repair shops and dealerships along the way. I only take my cars to Scott and Mike!

The reason is simple! They are, without a doubt, the most honest, friendly and dependable car repair shop I have ever dealt with and I have a background in the Automobile Dealership and repair that dates back over forty years. They always get it right the first time and their Customer Service and integrity is second to none. They make you feel right at home and I would recommend them to anyone who has a car, not just a Cadillac! These guys are the best and will restore your faith in honest car repair!

Very well. Quick, accurate Dx. Parts ordered and replaced in a timely manner. Provided valet service to another destination so I could make good use of my time and picked me up when repairs were completed. Excellent customer and technical service.

We have been using Cadillac Specialists for years and have always been happy. They have serviced many makes of cars (none cadillacs) we have had over the years. From minor oil changes to bigger maintenance issues. They are honest and reliable. I never worry about been taken. I trust their advice implicitly. My daughter drives her car 12 hours to and from college and Cadillac Specialists inspect everything on her car so I don't have to worry about her breaking down on the road. We have also used them to inspect used cars we are thinking about purchasing.

I've been going to these wonderful professionals for several years.  They do a total evaluation of the vehicles and are the most honest people that I have ever dealt with.

Great! They changed the oil and filter, topped off my fluids, checked my tires, and checked over my car but said nothing was needed to be repaired at that time. The wait is comfortable and they provide tv, wifi, drinks, and snacks. Scott and Mike are both very friendly and helpful. My husband started going to them years ago when the Cadillac dealer he took his car to said he needed three costly repairs. He decided to check Cadillac Specialist out. They didn't agree that three were needed only one. So it only cost $200 not thousands. If I think something isn't right with my car, I take it there and after a test drive, they have always figured out the problem.

Whenever we take our cars in we are thoroughly pleased when we pick them up! Scott & Mike are the best!

Like always when I go there - very friendly, most fair, and fast.  Could not ask for more.  I drive over 30 miles just to go there - they are THAT GOOD.

lThis is the auto scam place that everyone has to experience once in your life.  I took my cadillac in and miraculously there were no other cars so they could get me in right away.  I knew I had an oil leak.  They told me I didn't have an oil leak but I was leaking transmission fluid.  I also had some a/c coolant that had leaked.  They told me that my air conditioner would not work again and it would be $350 for them to fix and that the transimission fluid leak would be $900 for a $2 part because they had to take the engine apart.  I told them to wait on the AC since the weather was still cold.  When I picked up the car they said we fixed the transmission fluid leak and by the way you have an oil leak.  The leak is the exact same leak I always had and my AC works fine one summer later.  Can I say that these theives ripped me off for $900.  I'd go to the dealer any day of the weak before getting ripped off by this crew again.
