His team also completed odd jobs of installing two door bells, replaced damaged tiles in my kitchen & installed tinting sheets on four kitchen windows which I love. "Contacted TrueBlue on Saturday due to help with a shower knob replacement where the screw seemed to be a bit stripped - probably from previous owner. I couldn't unscrew it with any of my phillips-head screwdriver so tried to enlist some help. TrueBlue offered to have a tech come out and give an estimate the next day, Sunday. Despite being a weekend and just a few days after the hurricane, they showed up early and actually fixed my issue then and there in less than 10 minutes. Didn't charge anything although I was willing to pay. Giving 5 stars due to great communication, friendly and considerate technician, and prompt service. Would do business again, especially since the first "pro" who called me 1 minute after I listed the project did a no-show after we set a mutually agreeable time for an appointment on the same day."

"It seemed fine at the start, and they kept assuring us that we were in good hands, has a very friendly start but went bad quickly. EVERYTHING they touched was basically wrong, 7 coats of paint on the island and it's still rough and spots not completely covered, did not even know what a tack cloth was. Our pool is ruined, as they insisted they had to drain it to do the pool lights, and instead we now have an empty pool sitting and perhaps unusable, as it should not have been emptied and when they power washed it he sent a video showing what I thought was a blue cleaning solution, but was in fact the color of our pool being washed down the drain, because he used bleach We have to have it resurface and redo al,, the electrical mistakes done to our electrical system. There is overspray and blue from the pool color all over our wood floors and mouldings and doors. We have to have repairs made to the house to the cost of about $20,000 in total just to put it back as it was. All we anted was the island painted and the lights fixed, what we got was a nightmare. We gave trust and kindness and were given disregard and disrespect to our home. We have tried to upload many photos and videos to show the damage but your system deletes and shuts down. Happy to share them but need another way please"
