"I had drainage installed on the side of my home. The work performed was done nicely. I did receive a quote for $500 less, but had to wait several weeks before I could be scheduled. Since I couldn’t wait, I paid the premium. My home is white and the dirt that was dug up was all over the side of my home. I did mention it twice and either they forgot to clean it or decided not to. Several days after the job was performed, I mentioned again that the mess was left on the side of my home and was offered to have it cleaned, I did not take the up on the offer. The job was done correctly and felt I was informed on all happenings until the end. I would hire again, but would ensure cleanup was done correctly. Thx guys!!"

"Very professional, very skilled, and a fair price. Strongly recommend"

"Ben did an excellent job and kept me updated throughout the job. My backyard presented him with making decisions that were not expected, but he just wanted to be sure that I was going to be pleased with the result, which I am. He worked efficiently imo, and delivered what was planned."

"They were very clean. I was very happy with what I got."

"The service was great! The source of the leak was located quickly. Consultation cost is a little more than expected, but you'll paying for a complete process of elimination, location of issue and not to mention...peace of mind."

"I called on Progressive Pump to come out and get my pump running. Tom showed up and immediately began troubleshooting the system, found the problem and performed the necessary repair. Also, a pipe connecting the pump to the water tank came loose from when Justin had come last time and reconfigured the hook up. Guess it needed the "Tom touch" to tighten it up and make it effective again! Tom also moved a sprinkler line for me that was too close to the property line and set it in a more favorable spot. Tom also took the time to refill the water tank adding in all the chemicals that improve the lawn care. Those are helpful "little things" that this company does that they aren't required to do. It makes all the difference in the customer service experience. All is working again and I couldn't have beaten the price with anyone. Thanks again Tom for another great experience with a provider that takes pride in their work.  Good Job."

"The tech inspected and quickly discovered the issue. He then went to purchase the part, returned and completed the job. Fully satisfied."

"Their team yanked out the old and replaced it with new. They were able to find a drought-tolerant solution to my landscaping needs. I don't have irrigation on my property and wasn't ready to install a system. They helped me install a drip system to help the plants get started and even replaced the faucet it was using which was old and rusted. Very professional, easy to work with, and flexible."

"Everything went fantastic. The price for services rendered was extremely reasonable. Umberto loves his job and it’s obvious when you talk to him. The question I would hire him again. As a matter of fact, I’m gonna hire him to redo my landscaping next summer. If you’re questioning whether or not somebody provides customer service, Umberto’s customer service is second to none. Thank you!"
