DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They will charge you overweight fee after few weeks they pickup the dumpster. I ordered a 30 yards and not even fill up with only household items. And they came back and tell me it was weight 5630 lbs. Please review on Google and BBB website. You may get confused because they have few different addresses in long island and Brooklyn, plus different phone numbers. I would like everyone to know that this company is the worst company that I ever known, they overcharged my credit card the saying that it was overweight when it was not even halfway filled, I will never recommend this company to anyone, please check the contract that they ask to sign before you do it, definitely it was a scam.

Prompt GOOD SERVICE AT A FAIR PRICE

I feel this is a SCAM - unless you are filling a dumpster with feather pillows, you WILL go over the allowed weight limit and they will hit your credit card for the overage which will be way more than any other carting company in your area. BEWARE the other reviews, they are surely fake. There is NO WAY anyone could be happy with this company. 20-yard dumpster holds an average of 4 tons (obviously depending on what you put in). I put in yard debris - old wood fence sections, branches - it weighed in at almost 4 tons. Liberty allows 1 ton and charges $135 per extra ton. Again I feel this is TOTAL SCAM. Their total came to over $900 which is way more than the typical dumpster rental that only charges you once ($600 or less). I am fighting this and alerting authorities to their scam. Sure, it says 1 ton in the contract. But how would you know what your contents will weigh? They are preying on unsuspecting homeowners with a cheap up-front rate and then they kill you with the overage and charge it right to your credit card that they have on file from the initial charge. Again I feel SCAM SCAM SCAM. They should be forced to open their books to authorities and return all overage fees; when I'm done typing this, that's my next mission.

These guys are nothing but bad people . Please do yourself a favor and find a honest company. They give you a price and then after they pick up they make up bogus charges and charge your credit card. These people are not good and should really be shut down. Stay away And all of these good reviews of the company are bogus and must be their family and friends. Go check out the reviews on google.
