I've used other movers in the past and Apollos is by far the worst. I was quoted $155 an hour.... They worked for 4.15 hours and somehow my bill is $1,164.80. They broke a TV and their solution was to reduce to already overpriced bill by $50. I offered to pay what they quoted but was not acceptable Henrick.

With the amount of integrity, honesty, empathy and loyalty that goes into every job, I will CONTINUE, to love and support himself, his employees and his business. Mr. Bailey, had moved me from Daytona Beach, FL, to Brooklyn, NY, NY. He, and his crew were EXTREMELY courteous, and very, very polite. Mr. Bailey himself was absolutely amazing at packing the moving truck and being there for all of my questions and/or concerns. When the movers i had scheduled flaked on me last minute i was worried i wouldn't be able to get my couch set up in my new apartment before i had to turn in keys. So i called around some local movers and everywhere had at least a 3 hour minimum which, i didn't need because we had already moved all our stuff over. I just needed help with the couch. Apollos moving not only offered to do it at the same price as the previous movers they said they could do it first thing in the morning the next day. Not only did they show up, they were early! beating me to the apartment which is odd because im usually the person that shows up early. they threw the couch over their shoulders like it was nothing (this is a huge C shaped sectional by the way) and put it into my 3rd floor apartment with only a minor amount of sweating. even helped me take the feet off it so it could fit through the door. set it up exactly how i wanted it, and put the cushions back on for me. They finished the job early as well, giving me an extra hour of down time before I have to clock into work which i am now spending to write this review. they showed up when others didn't, were fast, efficient, early, helpful, and kind. I don't know if the two movers who helped me today will read this, but huugeee shout out to Houston and Noelle, you two were awesome and if i ever need moving assistance in the future ill make sure to reach out to apollos before I call anyone else! I initially spoke to a person from the company that said it would be $155 an hour. I paid a $100 deposit to secure the move date. Henrick from the company, asked what time would be good to start, I said noon.. I needed time to get a storage unit, organize, etc.. The movers show up around 8:30 am. I was bothered that they were there so early and rushed to get lease signed, storage unit etc.. I was not able to get the storage unit in time and furniture from a 3 bedroom house is now in my 1 bedroom apartment, If he would have shown up at the correct time I would have had time to get a storage unit that most of the furniture was going to. Henrick calls and ask for payment and I believe he asks for $1,000 (I already paid $100)... I let him know I couldn't pay right then and didn't know why it was so much for just over a 4 hour move. I make it to the apartment and realize they broke a TV. I spoke to Henrick and told him I would pay what the hourly rate was that I was quoted minus an amount for the TV, I was willing to pay I $550 which would mean the job was around $650 because I already paid the $100. Henrick said he will take me to court. I get served paperwork showing that the company is suing me for $1,064.80 which means he was trying to get a total of $1,164.80 which breaks down to $280.67 an hour. I have used other movers and no problems at all. The person I initially spoke to told me a price and then Henrick demands a completely different rate and is very demanding and rude, even when I was trying to pay the amount it should have been and deduction for the tv they broke. Very ridiculous that this is in court which I will fight all the way to the end and I have to pay about $300 for the countersuit.

This is my 2nd time using Haul Junkies within the last 7 months !!!!!! I highly recommend ! Amazing Fast work. Easy pay methods. They got my apartment moved so quickly!!!
