My son thought he would be able to put up the fans and vents but the ceilings were too high and Max agreed to come back and do that as well. "Popcorn removal, smoothing and painting, and high hat install: The company was very responsive and answered a lot of the questions we had, and were flexible with timing. They said they would protect the contents of the house, draping everything with plastic, but they did not do such a great job and there is dust everywhere, including everything that was draped. They also went over by two days (was supposed to take 5 days, but it was Christmas week). They put in the high hats and were supposed to replace existing high hats in the kitchen but they did not have 4-inch ones. The costs for the smaller parts of the job were not fairly priced (I.e. installation of a switch). Positives were - they did quality work and they did patch a huge hole in our ceiling and did not charge us for it. They took off $150 because we purchased some high hats that they did not have."
