"This is the second time I have used Angelo at Broward Property Maintenance, and the work is always above and beyond. You won't find a more honest and knowledgeable person to help you with making repairs to your home. On the first occurrence, Angelo helped repair drywall from a re-piping. There was cuts made to the ceiling & walls, and Angelo even did a fantastic job matching popcorn on the ceiling. On the second occurrence, it was a roof leak that ran all the way down a concrete wall on the foyer and we had him demo the drywall, remove the insulation, and make the repairs. Angelo is efficient and gets the job done very quickly, and he takes great care with your home protecting it from dust & debris."

"Review by an elderly person in Sunrise, FL. Project: Install Drywall Water from an upstairs condo destroyed most of my bathroom. Two companies came and did incomplete work. But when Max from Milena Drywall showed up, it was like an angel in my life. While his men worked he took me to Home Depot to get supplies not related to his job, and w/o cost got his men to help install some of what we bought. My money was running short so clerk at Home Depot suggested I apply for their credit card. It took a very long time to process, but Max did not complain or charge me for this trip. I offered to buy lunch but he refused it. He referred me to a building consultant, who came the following day; found the problem that existed for years. He worked free of cost; this shocked me. Later on, I needed a plumber to hook up the basins. Max provided a reference; the man did an xclnt job. I also needed someone to haul away lots of stuff left by the previous company. The reference Max gave me came the same day, and he too did xclnt work. I pledge to say a prayer for Max at Milena Drywall every night as I say my prayers. "Popcorn removal, smoothing and painting, and high hat install: The company was very responsive and answered a lot of the questions we had, and were flexible with timing. They said they would protect the contents of the house, draping everything with plastic, but they did not do such a great job and there is dust everywhere, including everything that was draped. They also went over by two days (was supposed to take 5 days, but it was Christmas week). They put in the high hats and were supposed to replace existing high hats in the kitchen but they did not have 4-inch ones. The costs for the smaller parts of the job were not fairly priced (I.e. installation of a switch). Positives were - they did quality work and they did patch a huge hole in our ceiling and did not charge us for it. They took off $150 because we purchased some high hats that they did not have."
