"The Clean Plumber made an appointment for the next day, showed up on time, brought the proper equipment, and snaked the drain for a reasonable price. The job was guaranteed for 30 days. When a subsequent back-up occurred, the technician came back the following day, re-snaked the line, and cleaned it again. We have had no further blockages. Thanks"

Customers say: Quick response

"This gentleman went far and beyond the call of duty. He was super fast to respond to my 1st SOS call on a Friday night about a clogged kitchen drain. My door bell rang at 8:00am the next morning. He worked hard to fix the issue and it seemed fine but after we had the same problem a week later, he wound up coming back on even shorter notice to make it right. He was great! He was friendly and well mannered. 5 stars all the way around. Thank you!"

"

Our well pump started losing pressure which resulted in very low water pressure in our home. Wesley arrived on time. After explaining the problem (which has occurred in the past) Wesley went to work. He cleaned out debris that was blocking a line from the well to the water softener system. The pressure from the well was still low (about 30PSI).  He replaced the pressure gauge where the well line connected to the water softener system. To check to see if there might be blockage in the line from well to the water softener system he placed pressure gauge on the overflow from the well. The pressure there was also only about 30PSI, it should be around 60PSI.

Wesley determined we probably needed to replace the well pump. The debris that was blocking the water softener system was probably from the impeller wheels in the pump which were disintegrating. He said he would be glad to replace the pump to first check with the company that installed the well pump to see if it was still under warranty. The pump was still under warranty and the company that installed the well pump replaced it the next day.

I highly recommend Wesley and Bay Area Pump and Well. Wesley is very honest and very knowledgeable about wells and pumps. He gives good advice and is very thorough in checking all possibilities before making a recommendation. He is also very reasonably priced.

"Very knowledgeable & professional! Alex very diligently searched out the problem and to my delight & great relief discovered instead of a slab leak, a broken water line to the ice maker was draining onto the floor & seeping into bathroom."

"I needed to move my natural gas connection for my portable generator approximately 100 ft from current location. Trusted Propane Services was one of three contractors that responded to my detailed scope of work. Jath contacted me right away to set up a no cost estimate. He arrived at the time he stated and quickly took a look at what I needed. Jath quickly identified a way to do the extension that would reduce cost by using less piping and keeping it standard diameter. He provided me all the details for how he would do it and how to get the free meter upgrade. Needless to say, the other contractors all proposed more material and inflated the cost. Jath also located a closer gas connection that I was unaware of; this saved even more money. Jath was very easy to communicate with and was very knowledgeable on how to do the job while saving money. This work was permitted. The inspector had no issues with the install. I highly recommend Trusted Propane Services. Very honest!!!"

FAQs for storm drain installation projects in Mango, FL

The cost to install a drain pipe is $600 on average, but the total can range between $150 and $2,000. Some cost factors that influence your project price include the type of drain, the area’s accessibility, the proximity of existing drain lines, and whether you’re installing a new drain or replacing an old one. Replacing the p-trap or s-trap under a single fixture will usually cost around $150, while replacing a main drain pipe can cost well over $2,000.

Yes, most states require plumbers to be licensed, and for good reason. Hiring an unlicensed plumber could lead to poor quality work, costly future expenses, and potential code violations.

As you browse our pro listings, take note of the “Angi Approved” badge. Angi Approved businesses meet our standards for certification which include:

  • The owner, principal, or relevant manager passed a criminal background check

  • Required to have applicable state and local licenses

  • Maintain an average star rating of 3.0 or better on our network, if they have at least one review

  • Paying to advertise their services

  • Meeting any other eligibility criteria required by Angi

Keep in mind licensing is different from certifications. A license is a legal requirement to operate a business, while certifications are voluntary.

We highly recommend leaving the work of replacing drain pipes to a professional plumber. Drain pipes are a key part of your plumbing system, and making mistakes during the installation or even using the wrong size pipes for your specific fixture can lead to an elevated risk of leaks and clogs. Additionally, drain pipes prevent harmful sewer gas from entering your home, so hiring a professional plumber is essential to keeping the risk of leaks and clogs low and avoid reducing your indoor air quality.

The average cost to unclog a drain is around $200, with prices ranging between $110 and $800, depending on the type of drain and the extent of the clog. Hiring a professional to snake the toilet or sink will usually cost between $110 and $275, a bathtub or shower typically costs around $225, and a main line clog can cost between $100 and $800 based on the severity of the clog and how far beyond the access point the clog sits. Since the labor involved varies, most plumbers will charge an hourly rate for drain cleaning.

The average cost to hire a plumber is around $100 an hour but can vary between $45 and $200 an hour depending on the plumber’s experience and the repair that you need. It’s also important to note that these prices can go up on holidays, and emergency plumber rates average $150 per hour, in addition to a flat-rate trip fee of $100 to $350
