"I am so pleased with Kenny Deal of The Clean Plumbers solving my decades-long drainage problem in the kitchen sinks. I actually feel like I have a new lease on life!! Not only did they schedule same day service, but also showed up at time promised, set up repair area to be very clean and organized, telling me in advance the very reasonable price, and then took plenty of time to get it right and test it thoroughly to be sure. Truly Amazing! He even cut an inch off the depth of right-side sink's drain pipe, thus increasing the slope of drain pipe! Both sides of my kitchen sink now drain fast and completely and, not only that, Kenny also figured out what the underlying problem was, when I showed him photos of the exposed pipes in wall between kitchen and bathroom. The photos confirmed what he already had guessed, that there was improper venting of drain pipes. My former renovating plumber, when he had walls exposed to run new pipes throughout the house, should have replaced the very old metal drainage pipe and venting pipe (which Kenny even noticed was cracked on the way up through the roof to vent. So, he came up with an easy solution. If I understand correctly, he proposes to cut into inconspicuous spot in wall behind my oven, cutting out the old metal drainage pipe, then replacing with new PVC drain and vent pipes all from that inconspicuous access area hidden behind my oven. Perfect solution and not that expensive either - so surprising! I am beyond pleased with service from The Clean Plumbers, especially Kenny Deal."

He explained the issue thoroughly and recommended reaching out to the company that installed the furnace so they can correct their oversight. Wilson also reviewed the hot water heater installed by ABC and noted that it will require a plumber to return to install a drip leg. I really appreciated how transparent he was about what ABC handled and what was the responsibility of the previous installer.
