The young men who came were good-humored professionnals who accepted to move a very heavy glass DR table the way it was supposed to be to take the stained carpet out from under. When they came back with the clean carpet they moved the table again and they accepted willingly to spot clean leftover little spots we had found on the LVR carpet. "the process to schedule the appointment could be improved.  I received an email from the provider  with a date that the sofa could be cleaned and I responded to that email with my confirmation.  I waited until 30 minutes after my appointment to call and ask when they would arrive and they said that I never responded to their email but I checked and I did in fact respond.  They said that they could not come that day and I would have to wait a week for their next available appt.  Of course, I was upset since I set the time aside to meet them (i.e. took the afternoon off of work, vacuumed the sofa, etc) but I agreed to the appt the next week b/c everyone can make a mistake.  I suggest a follow up call the day prior to your appt to make sure this doesn't happen to you.
