"the process to schedule the appointment could be improved.  I received an email from the provider  with a date that the sofa could be cleaned and I responded to that email with my confirmation.  I waited until 30 minutes after my appointment to call and ask when they would arrive and they said that I never responded to their email but I checked and I did in fact respond.  They said that they could not come that day and I would have to wait a week for their next available appt.  Of course, I was upset since I set the time aside to meet them (i.e. took the afternoon off of work, vacuumed the sofa, etc) but I agreed to the appt the next week b/c everyone can make a mistake.  I suggest a follow up call the day prior to your appt to make sure this doesn't happen to you.

It took them a few months because they had to work and work on it but they were able to remove all stains from the jacket without damaging the color or quality of the material. "Very good workmanship and very thorough. We has a minor flood in our master suite. We pulled the carpet up ourselves and removed the soaked pad. After we dried the carpet we called Carpets R us to put down new pad and re-stretch the carpet. They did an outstanding job and cleaned and sanitized our carpet too."
