"My wife and I decided to go with Elevate Home Solutions for our bat removal issue. This was before and after we called Truly Nolan to give us a quote and assessment of the work they will be doing. Taylor and Andrew went above and beyond what we expected, and we are grateful to have connected with them out of all the other companies we could have chosen to do this project. They are truly a one stop shop company. They made this â wildâ and unexpected situation simple to deal with. Not only did they remove the bats, Elevate cleaned and deconned all contaminated areas to include a pressure wash and yard management. I was out on this day, and came home to what felt like a new front patio, which is primarily where our wildlife issue was. "Taps was awesome to work with from start to finish. We saw a couple mice eat through the screen of our lanai. They explained the process very clearly, quoted the work to be done, then scheduled quickly once we said go…. "They person that came on site was very professional. He explained what/why hwe was using and the expected results. He was prompt and courteous. The results so far met expectations. "They are excellent. I have been using them for about three years when I had my original landscaping put in. Two guys come and one does the pest control while the other does the fertilizer. They are dependable. They knock on the door, say hello and make sure that they don't scare me. I get an immediate response when I call them and they don’t charge you to come out. They don't charge you for extra visits or small things in between."
