Alex was the Site supervisor who was the most professional of any vendors we have dealt with, and the list is long. He was completely courteous and dedicated to doing the job right. He consistently came to assess the work as it was progressing, and insisted on corrections that would perfect the final result. He made sure to follow-up to get approval from me on the phases of this job, and has proven to be a problem solver, as this small job presented several challenges (tiling a recessed bathroom nitch and fixing the damaged wall around it). And we work until we get it right.” Wow I am so grateful that we found Lipsky & Son, or that they found us through our inquiry with Angi. "Our house is 18 years old so the tile in the shower and floor showed significant wear, dirt, cracked and missing grout. We called Mrs Grout per a recommendation from friends who had used the service. A lady, I believe her name was Melissa, scheduled an appt, arrived promptly for an estimate, explained the work, gave us an estimate and scheduled the work per our approval. On the scheduled day two ladies, Michelle and Alex arrived promptly at the scheduled time and went to work. It seemed they worked non-stop from about 9 AM to 5 PM. Both ladies were very personable and explained the work as they went along. The end result was tile/grout that looked new. Needless to say it is significant savings over installing new tile. I would recommend these ladies and company to anyone. WOW!"

"Joe did a fantastic job power cleaning my tile floors and coloring the grout. I picked the wrong color for the grout and he brought it to my attention that it didn't look very good. He called Kim and she drove to my house to deliver a color that would work better. It turned out great. Joe and Kim go the extra mile to make sure you are satisfied with the work.
